Clifford University (CLU) is a private university located in Owerrinta, Abia State, Nigeria. It was established by the Great Mission International (GMI) in 2016 and officially licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2018. The university is named after Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai’s wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Amos Ifeyinwa Uma Ukpai, whose maiden name is Clifford.
Clifford University aims to provide quality education with a focus on academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth.
