Micheal & Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU) is a private university located in Agbarha-Otor, Delta State, Nigeria. It was established in 2015 by the Micheal and Cecilia Ibru Foundation, a renowned philanthropic organization dedicated to promoting education and human development in Nigeria.
The university was founded with a vision to provide quality education and research opportunities in various fields of study.
