Edo State University Uzairue (EDSU), formerly Edo University Iyamho, is a state-owned university located in Uzairue, Edo State, Nigeria. It was established by the administration of Governor Godwin Obaseki in 2016 with the aim of providing quality tertiary education and contributing to the socio-economic development of Edo State and Nigeria at large.
The university began operations in 2016 with academic programs in various fields such as Natural and Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Management Sciences, and Engineering. EDSU is committed to promoting academic excellence, research, innovation, and community development.
