The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) is a tertiary institution in Nigeria established by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) in 1977. It was initially known as the Technical Training Group (TTG) before being rebranded as AFIT in 1986.
Since its inception, AFIT has evolved into a standard citadel of learning for aviation and aerospace technology, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various engineering disciplines, including Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science.
