3 How to Verify Waec Results or Certificates Online
Visit the official page
Verification is strictly online. To get started, simply get an internet-enabled device like a computer or smartphone and visit https://verify.waeconline.org.ng.
Without the pin, there is no way to check or verify the result/certificate of any candidate. Once on the site, you should proceed to buy the pin.
At the right top of the page, go to “Don’t have a PIN? Click here to buy now” and follow the prompts. You will need to provide details such as name, email, phone number, and your preferred payment option. “Pay with Interswitch” is for local payment while “Pay with unified payment” is for international payment.
After receiving the pin, now you are ready to verify the authenticity of the WAEC result. How do you do that? You should go back to the main site and provide the requested details to verify the result.
Alternatively, you can also download the WAEC app for the result verification. Available for Android and IOS devices.
