Bingham University (ECWA) Courses & Admission Requirements

Bingham University is a private Christian university located in Karu, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. It was established on January 10, 2005, by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), with the aim of providing quality higher education rooted in Christian values.

The university was named after the pioneer Christian missionary, Reverend Thomas Jefferson Bowen, who brought the Christian faith to Northern Nigeria in the late 19th century. The institution was founded to continue the missionary legacy of education and holistic development in the region.

Bingham University started with three faculties: Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Social Sciences, and Faculty of Law. Over the years, it has expanded its academic programs to include various disciplines such as Medicine, Natural and Applied Sciences, Management Sciences, Environmental Sciences, and Engineering.
