About the Programme
There are two separate divisions to select from with each having its own specific requirement.
Division 1: This is for ERG (Enterprise Resource Group), CIBD (Corporate and Investment Banking Division) and CBD (Commercial Banking Division)
Requirements for Division 1
- Applicants should adhere to the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must not exceed 26 years of age as of the application deadline.
- For candidates holding an MSc or LLB degree, the age limit is 28 years as of the application deadline.
- Candidates must have attained a minimum of a second-class upper (2:1) degree from a well-recognized university.
- Candidates must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Division 2: Retail sales, Products and Retail Operations
Requirements for Division 2
- Candidates must be below the age of 26 as of the application date.
- For candidates holding an MSc or LLB degree, the maximum age limit is 28 as of the application date.
- Candidates should possess at least a second-class upper (2:1) degree from a reputable university.
- Candidates must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Target Group
Eligible Nigerian Graduates from any reputable or accredited university in Nigeria or any part of the world.

Value of the Internship
Although the actual value currently paid to interns is not stated, however, we were able to find out that they pay over NGN100,000 to all successful applicants.
